For the convenience of our family and friends outside of France, we take the opportunity to list some useful addresses of hotels in Paris.

Since the wedding takes place in Boulogne, west of Paris, we recommend you primarily to find an accomodation in the 8th, 16th or 17th arrondissement.

However, for those who wish to stay longer in Paris, the following areas may be of interest

5th arr. Quartier Latin, the university area, young and charming.
6th arr. St Germain, the bustling areas South of Seine.
1th arr. Châtelet, the busy city center with shops and all.
3th arr. Marais, the Jewish area, peaceful, beautiful buildings and museums.
8th arr. Champs-Elysées, the night-life area around the great boulevards.
9th arr. L'Opera, the commercially active area around the opera, the big department stores.

Do not hesitate to reserve well in advance, you will be amazed to hear how far people are planning their vacation. The fact that Paris is the most popular tourist city in the world may also contribute to this rush...
